
Travis Bird
Travis has worked as a monitor on major projects across Manitoba. He was an Indigenous Monitor for Swan Lake First Nation on the Bipole III project. He monitored the Enbridge Line 3 project in his role with the Indigenous Advisory Monitoring Committee and as an inspector for the National Energy Board. Travis is now with the MMTP Monitoring Committee as a Compliance and Environment Monitor for the Manitoba-Minnesota Transmission Project.
Travis is a pow-wow dancer – grass dancer – and he believes in the traditional way of life.

Keith Kowall
Keith is a lifelong resident of Manitoba and a certified member of the Manitoba Metis Federation. Keith’s background includes environmental monitoring in the pipeline industry. Keith is now with the MMTP Monitoring Committee as a Compliance and Environment Monitor for the Manitoba-Minnesota Transmission Project.
Keith is interests are broad, including history, astronomy, and seeing the Bombers do their best.
